75 of the 145 colleges listed here do. 130 accept a 4, and 143 accept a 5. 2 give nothing for this exam at any score.

Does a 5 on AP Calculus AB earn more than a 4?

At some colleges, yes. The last column of the table shows where a 5 earns more credit or a higher course than the minimum score does.
