My son is a good student (currently a freshman at one of the IVY league schools) but had some challenges in ACT science with an average practice score of 32. After some research, we decided to enlist Michael's service based on the great reviews as well as the quality of his instructors - he had no problem to match my son with a wonderful instructor who had a perfect ACT score which worked great for my son since he started from a good baseline. Another benefit was that Jordan is a college student with similar age, my son found that it was easy to connect, relate to and less intimidating. Jordan is an excellent instructor. My son enjoyed working with her and found the tutoring sessions very helpful. She is super smart, extremely knowledgeable about ACT science, really nice to work with, easy to talk to, professional, punctual and kept me well informed of the lesson plans, assignments and my son's progress. With her help, my son eventually scored a 34 in ACT science which was a huge improvement from 32. Thank you, Jordan! Although he ended up using his SAT score for his college application since that turned out to be higher than he had expected, we are grateful for Jordan's help since that provides a good alternative if my son had not scored higher in SAT. Michael is great to talk and work with and his business operation is very professional and smooth. He has great attention to details. My only suggestion is that he might want to (if not already) delegate some of the work to other team members so he could be a little more responsive at times since he seemed (to me) a little bit overwhelmed by his many responsibilities for a successful business that need to respond to clients in different time zones. I would highly recommend Michael's service.
